At Vee Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade glass products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at CeeVeeGlassworks@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at CeeVeeGlassworks@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to make it right.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
