1. What products do you sell?
At Vee Designs, we offer a wide range of handcrafted glass home décor and kitchenware. Our collection includes elegant glass vases, decorative bowls, drinkware, and unique kitchen accessories, all made with care and attention to detail in Portland, OR.
2. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
3. Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes, we offer some customization options for certain products. Please contact us at CeeVeeGlassworks@gmail.com for details on custom designs, and we’ll be happy to work with you to create a unique piece.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after your purchase is processed. Shipping times depend on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. However, please contact us at CeeVeeGlassworks@gmail.com if you’re located outside the U.S., and we can discuss potential international shipping options.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure a quick turnaround. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If you have any concerns, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. What should I do if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage and your order number to CeeVeeGlassworks@gmail.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. How do I care for my glass products?
Although our products are dishwasher safe, to maintain the beauty of your glass items we recommend gentle hand washing with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing, as these may damage the finish. Store items in a safe place to prevent accidental damage.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, many of our products make beautiful, ready-to-gift items. If you’d like a special note included with your order, feel free to contact us.
